Naturopathic Doctor Says:
This recipe is nature's healthful answer for those addicted to Crystal Light. Although an acid, many experts suggest that lemons actually create a more alkaline body. Lemon juice has plenty of vitamin C, potassium, and can help detoxify the liver. Cranberry juice is a powerful antioxidant with polyphenols that protect the urinary tract, lower the chance of kidney stones and can even lower dental problems by not allowing plaque to adhere to teeth.
